Mr. Sparksasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government what action he proposes to take arising from the recommendation in the Second 204W Interim Report of the Working Party on Requisitioned Properties in use for housing in relation to local authorities who have more than 6.0 families per 1,000 of their population in requisitioned premises.

§ 71. Miss Baconasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government what action he proposes to take on the recommendation of the second Working Party Report on Requisitioned Property to waive the recovery of enhancement value arising from works of conversion or improvement during the requisitioning.
§ Mr. MarplesMy right hon. Friend is not yet ready to comment upon the recommendations contained in this Report, but he seeks to adopt a generous attitude in the type of case to which the hon. Lady refers.
