asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he will publish as a White Paper all the Notes exchanged between Her Majesty's Government and the Government of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics during recent weeks on the subject of the proposed high-level talks and the proposed meeting of Foreign Ministers.

All the correspondence between Her Majesty's Government and the Soviet Government on the subjects in question has been published in a series of White Papers. I would refer the right hon. Gentleman in particular to Command 8903, 8945, 8979 and 9008 which cover this year's correspondence. The Soviet Note of 26th November will be published as a White Paper, together with the reply of Her Majesty's Government.
