Mallalieuasked the Minister of Health if it is his intention that the dispensing fee hitherto paid to opticians shall continue to be paid now that frames, other than National Health Service frames, are normally bought from opticians; and if he will consider an additional dispensing fee where National Health Service frames are dispensed.
