Mallalieuasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Defence whether his attention has been called to the approval by Allied Supreme Headquarters in Europe of a plan for linking British road and rail communications with those of France by means of a tunnel under the Channel; and what is the policy of Her Majesty's Government with regard to this project.
