§ Miss Horsbrugh128 educationally sub-normal children in Buckinghamshire are at present waiting for places in special schools. Many of these are receiving help in the meantime in ordinary schools. Mentally defective and ineducable children are the concern of my right hon. Friend the Minister of Health.
