§ Mr. Shortasked the Attorney-General if he will make arrangements to extend the jurisdiction of the Durham Court of Chancery to cover the whole of the county of Northumberland.
§ The Attorney-GeneralThe position of the Durham Court of Chancery is being investigated by the Supreme Court Committee on Practice and Procedure and my noble Friend the Lord Chancellor will consider the matter further after receiving the Committee's Report.
