Maxwell FyfeI am informed by the Commissioner of Police that no complaints have been received about this practice in Lanark Road in particular, but the parking of vehicles at night on the highway either without lights or with228W lights which do not comply with the law, is a constant problem to the police, and all possible attention is given with a view to checking the practice.
