Mr. Pearson

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will consider, now that the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State is to act as chairman of the conference of heads of Government offices in Wales, also inviting to such conferences the chairman of the Welsh Parliamentary Party and the chairman of the Council for Wales and Monmouthshire so as to attain more comprehensive consideration of Welsh affairs.
