§ Mr. MaclayThe majority of the representative organisations consulted are78W against relaxing the restriction imposed by these orders and I have decided not to do so, except perhaps in minor details. I propose, however, to replace the existing Orders made under emergency powers by a new Regulation made under Section 30 of the Road Traffic Act. 1930.
