§ Mr. MaclayThe central and area transport users' consultative committees 79W provide facilities for discussion of matters affecting the services and facilities provided by the Commission, and I have the Commission's assurance that the Railway Executive will inform the appropriate area consultative committee of any proposed withdrawal of railway services. This procedure should provide adequate opportunity for full examination of such proposals.
