§ Miss HorsbrughI hope shortly to publish a pamphlet on the teaching of history in schools. This pamphlet will include references to the history of Canada and the United States of America which will, I hope, stimulate the interest of teachers, but I do not regard it as part of my functions to publish a bibliography or to offer detailed suggestions as to the way in which the teaching of this or any other historical subject should be handled.
