§ Mr. SandysThe word "forging" is not intended to cover what is usually meant by "hot pressing." I am, however, at present engaged in technical consultations as to whether item 5 of the Third Schedule as at present drawn, may not go somewhat wider than is intended and, if so, how this can best be rectified.
