§ Mr. H. StraussMy right hon. Friend has studied the comments of the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate. He entirely agrees that the decision whether to prosecute in such a case is for the Board of Trade and not for the Cinematograph Films Council; but he considers that the decision to prosecute was rightly taken in this case.
