Mr. Iain MacLeodasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will use his powers under the Dangerous Drugs Regulations, 1937, to set up a tribunal for the hearing of cases of alleged contravention by medical practitioners of the Dangerous Drugs Acts; and whether he will announce the names of the members of the tribunal.
