DugdaleThe plans for providing accommodation for attested cattle at Newbury market are being examined by my Department and, subject to a few minor adjustments which might prove necessary, are likely to be approved162W shortly. The council will then have to apply for a building licence in the normal way, but with the present restrictions on building work of this kind it seems unlikely that a starting date can be given for some time.
