§ Mr. Grimondasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when it is intended to announce the Royal Commission on self-government for Scotland.
§ Mr. J. Stuart:The Government will consider the terms of reference of a Royal Commission in the light of the report of the committee presided over by Lord Catto which is investigating the economic and financial relations between Scotland and the rest of the United Kingdom.
