§ Mr. NuttingA letter has recently been received from the United Nations Postal Administration concerning arrangements for the sale of United Nations stamps for philatelic purposes. This letter is being considered, but meanwhile United Nations stamps will be on sale in Paris during the current session of the United Nations Assembly, and arrangements have been made for a limited number to be imported from France for sale by dealers in the United Kingdom.
