HC Deb 10 May 1951 vol 487 c250W
64. Mr. Erroll

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer in view of the number of professional, scientific and technical officers that are employed in the Civil Service what numbers of officers, in which of these classes, are attached to the Organisation and Methods Division of the Treasury to assist them in investigating the work where officers in these professional, scientific and technical grades are employed.

Mr. Jay

The Treasury Organisation and Methods Division does not investigate the methods employed in the technical work of the classes mentioned, and no member of the professional, scientific and technical grades is employed on the staff of the Division.
