asked the Minister of Food what plans he has made to enable farmers, whose milk is taken by the milk factory at Lapford, to dispose of their milk during periods of load-shedding at that factory during the summer months.

Arrangements of this sort must obviously be made on the spot as and when the need arises. There is no question of interrupting the collection of milk from farms. If one depot cannot handle the milk, it is switched to another depot that can.
