HC Deb 10 May 1951 vol 487 c255W
83. Brigadier Medlicott

asked the Minister of Local Government and Planning if his attention has been drawn to the number of instances in recent months where children have been drowned in water accumulated in gravel pits, quarries and similar places; and if he is considering whether additional legal measures are needed to ensure that such places are rendered less dangerous and less accessible to children.

Mr. Lindgren
