§ Mr. Healdasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether it is the intention to extend the arrangements made last year 250W to relieve the civil flying clubs of the increased petrol duty so as to relieve them also of the additional duty of 4½d. a gallon included in this year's Budget.
