§ 102. Major McCallumasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what is the position today in regard to the proposed fishing harbour developments at Carradale; if the modified scheme has passed the development commissioners; and when work on the harbour will begin.
Mr. McNeilI am awaiting further information from the county council before submitting the modified scheme to the development commissioners. Consequently, I am unable to say whether the scheme will be approved or, if it is, when work on it will begin.
