§ Mr. WebbWith the exceptions of bread, flour and milk, the quantities of subsidised foods available for purchase are regulated by rationing in order to ensure fair distribution. A change in the retail price of a particular rationed commodity does not imply any change in the range of rationed commodities which an individual is free to buy.
