§ Mr. BottomleyI am sure my hon. Friend will appreciate that it would not be right for me to disclose the details of this hotel's business which justified the grant of a building licence. But I can assure him that the hotel's record shows that it has had a substantial number of overseas visitors, and I am hopeful that it will do even better now that additional accommodation is available.
