asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when it is intended to implement Sections 19 and 22 of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1949.

§ Mr. Marlowe
asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when it is proposed to bring into operation Part III of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1949.

§ Mr. Ede
No dates have yet been fixed for the coming into force of the various provisions of Part III of the Act.
