HC Deb 28 February 1951 vol 484 c295W
97. Sir R. Ross

asked the Postmaster-General what steps he is taking to remedy the disorganisation of the postal services from Northern Ireland occasioned by the reduction of sailings by the service between Belfast and Heysham.

Mr. Ness Edwards

All practicable steps are being taken by re-routing mails proper to the Belfast-Heysham steamer service by alternative routes.
