§ Mr. Ernest DaviesPowers governing the admission of German and non-German refugees are still reserved to the Allied High Commission. They will not be relinquished until satisfactory commitments have been made and appropriate action taken by the Federal Government with respect to the admission, care and protection of displaced persons and refugees, including safeguarding their right to political asylum.
