§ Mr. JayNegotiations with Belgium have been in suspense for some time by mutual agreement in view of a projected reform of Belgian taxation law. Changes have now been made and the possibility of resuming negotiations on double taxation between the United Kingdom and Belgium is accordingly being considered.
