§ 107. Mr. Jenkinsasked the Minister of Local Government and Planning whether he has yet given the Birmingham City Council permission to proceed with the making up of the road known as Heathway leading to the new Shard End Estate; and whether he is aware that unless work is proceeded with immediately on this road, the provision of an omnibus service to this estate will not be possible during the coming winter.
