WilliamsThe Seeds Act, 1920, and Regulations made under it already require vendors of the principal kinds of herbage, cereal, field and garden seeds to furnish purchasers with certain particulars in writing, including the kind of seed, the distinctive variety (for cereals, clovers and sainfoin), the percentage of germination and purity, and country of origin (for herbage seeds). I am sending the hon. Member a summary of those requirements.
