asked the President of the Board of Trade how much rubber has been shipped to the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics from British ports since 1st January, 1951.

In the first six months of this year 6,194 tons of raw rubber were re-exported from United Kingdom ports to the Soviet Union and 15,661 tons were exported from the Federation of Malaya and Singapore. In addition a very small amount, valued at£86,000, was transhipped under bond in the United Kingdom. Small amounts may also have been shipped or transhipped from other British ports.
