Tuberculosis Sanatoria (Nurses)

asked the Minister of Labour what action he is taking to stimulate the recruitment of nurses for tuberculosis sanatoria.

Mr. Robens

There is a continuous campaign for the recruitment of nurses, and in the past two years the staff of tuberculosis hospitals and sanatoria has increased by nearly 1,600, an increase of 23.5 per cent. This general effort will be continued.
