93. Mr. Mulley

asked the Minister of Education how many university scholarships have been awarded in each academic year since 1945 by his Department to adult scholars and to students of technical colleges, respectively; how many of each type it is expected will be awarded for the next academic year; and what percentage these awards represent of all university awards made by his Department in these years.
