34. Mr. McAdden

asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies for what purpose it has been decided that all residents in Kenya, including Europeans, shall have their finger prints taken.

Mr. Cook

It was decided that everyone in Kenya due for registration under the Registration of Persons Ordinance, 1947, should have their finger prints taken for the purpose of identification.

including Dyce Airport and at Edinburgh including Turnhouse Airport respectively, in March, 1947, 1948, 1949, 1950 and 1951.
