WilsonUnder the rules of procedure adopted by the Contracting Parties to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade who are at present negotiating at Torquay, I am not in a position to publish or otherwise furnish the information desired by the hon. Member. On the general issue of Imperial Preference, I would refer him to the reply which I gave to the hon. Member for Darwen (Mr. Prescott) on 27th April and, as the hon. Member will know, all questions involving individual preferences are discussed with the other Commonwealth countries concerned.
