§ Mr. WebbWithin the last few months both of these countries have ended domestic butter rationing and I cannot yet say what effect this will have. In any case, although their production of dairy produce is increasing on balance, weather conditions have a very important effect on the amount of butter and cheese shipped in any one year and it is therefore impossible to say how much we shall receive in 1951 and 1952.
