Mr. H. WilsonI am aware that there is some anxiety on this account. The question of making more dollars available has been under review, but I am not yet in a position to make any statement. I must, however, remind the hon. and learned Member that, as my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer stated on 14th November, in reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Lichfield and Tamworth (Mr. Snow), strict economy in dollar expenditure is still necessary.
