EdwardsThe agreement between the official and trade union sides of the Shipbuilding Trade Joint Council on the subject of the new scheme of merit pay for craftsmen in Admiralty establishments takes the form of a somewhat lengthy document, the scheme itself being explained by diagrams. I am, therefore, sending the hon. and gallant Member a copy.
