§ Mr. W. EdwardsNine welders and nine caulkers have become redundant at the Royal Dockyards since the introduction of the new merit pay scheme. Of these, four welders and two caulkers elected to take their discharge, and the remainder have reverted to the paint shop as skilled labourers.
