§ 104. Mr. N. Macphersonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he is aware that in the instructions issued to returning officers before the last General Election in regard to the use of motor cars on polling day, under Section 88 of the Representation of the People Act, 1949, no provision was made for the registration of reserve motor cars to take the place of registered motor cars which may break down or be put out of action in the course of the day; and whether he will rectify this omission.
