§ 102. Sir W. Smithersasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he has considered evidence of Communist propaganda issued since 24th April by the Press department of the Soviet Embassy in London in "Soviet News," a copy of which has been sent to him; and, in view of the continuation of this propaganda, if he will take steps to stop the publication of "Soviet News" in future.
