§ Mr. DaltonYes. I have made an Order and am today laying regulations with this object in view. Their effect will be to exempt a large number of small developments from the need to obtain planning permission. Householders, farmers and industrialists will all benefit from this simplification, which will also, I hope, reduce considerably the administrative work of the planning authorities and of my Department.
