§ 116. Mr. J. Grimstonasked the Minister of Health from where it is proposed to pump the water that will be needed by the new town of Stevenage and the proposed extensions to Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City, St. Albans and Hemel Hempstead.
§ Mr. BevanStevenage will be supplied from new wells in the parishes of Aston and Benington in the Hertford Rural District. The other areas will be supplied from the existing sources of the local water undertakers, but it may be necessary in due course to augment those sources.
