§ Mr. J. Grimstonasked the Minister of Education on what date it is proposed to put into effect the scheme which sets up the Hertfordshire Educational Foundation.
§ Mr. TomlinsonThe month's publication of the sealed scheme, as required by the law, is due to begin next week. If no petition is presented of the kinds mentioned in Section 13 of the Endowed Schools Act of 1873, the scheme will, at the expiration of the publication period, be presented for the approval of His Majesty in Council and the scheme will have legal effect as from the date of the Order-in-Council.
