§ Mr. EdeThe question whether or not nuns in enclosed Orders are entitled to vote by post under Section 12 of the Representation of the People Act, 1949, falls to be determined by the registration officer to whom an application is made,196W or by a court on appeal under Section 45 against his decision. Any amendment of Section 12 would require legislation.
