§ Mr. BottomleyIt is not the practice to disclose information about individual consignments for export as declared to Customs, but the vessels referred to by the hon. Member were destined for the Soviet Union. The average f.o.b. value of exports of 4,147 tons of raw rubber recorded in the Trade Accounts as consigned to the Soviet Union during October was 23.8 pence per lb. I am not yet in a position to say whether there have been any shipments of raw rubber to the Soviet Union since October.
