§ Mr. Viantasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what procedure is adopted with respect to the inoculation of persons confined in mental hospitals who are rational in most respects and express objections to these injections; and whether his regulations allow such persons any right of refusal.
§ Mr. BevanI have been asked to reply. There are no regulations with regard to the inoculation of persons in mental hospitals; but if a patient expresses a rational objection to an injection it would not be administered.
