HC Deb 04 April 1950 vol 473 cc136-7W
Mr. Linstead

asked the Minister of Health whether the decision of the abitrator that the Home and Hospital for Jewish Incurables was not transferred to his Department as a hospital on the appointed day under the National Health Service Act, 1946, has led to a modification of his attitude in any other cases in respect of which arbitration proceedings are pending; which is the next case for hearing and when the hearing is likely to take place.

Mr. Bevan

I am considering some other cases in the light of this decision. None has yet been referred to arbitration.
