HC Deb 27 September 1949 vol 468 cc1-2W
Mr. Granville

asked the Minister of Agriculture what measures of assistance he proposes to deal with overcropping and the disease of take-all and eyespot much prevalent at the present time in arable districts.

Mr. T. Williams

I am not prepared to agree that overcropping is prevalent, and as regards take-all and eyespot my Department has published advisory leaflets, of which I am sending the hon. Member copies, indicating how these diseases may be controlled.
