§ Mr. ShinwellI understand that the vice-president of this trades council has stated that the council had decided not to support the Territorial Army recruiting campaign. Action was immediately taken by the local recruiting committee to give publicity to the fact that the campaign has the whole-hearted support of the Trades Union Congress.
